Holly House is a sympathetically restored Victorian town house on the western edge of St. Austell. We provide en-suite accommodation in two very spacious rooms. The porthpean room has a king size double bed, newly refurbished en-suite and comfortable seating for two with coffee table.
there is a 22" flat screen tv with dvd player, mini fridge with fresh milk and complimentary bottled water. A hair drier is supplied.
The Polkerris room has a king size double plus a single so can also be used as a twin or small family room. It also has a 22" flat screen tv with dvd, mini fridge etc.We are ideally situated for visiting the Eden project and lost Gardens of heligan. Beaches and fishing villages are also nearby.
